More than 240 migrants drown in two shipwrecks in the Mediterranean (Photos)
More than 240 migrants have drowned when two overcrowded rubber dinghies capsize in the Mediterranean.
Both of the overcrowded rubber dinghies overturned in heavy seas about 25 miles off the coast of Libya killing most of those on board, survivors said.
It comes as dramatic pictures emerged of two rescue missions off Libya today, with close to 180 people pulled to safety.
Desperate refugees could be seen leaping into the water as rescue ships arrived, and then frantically trying to clamber back on board.

Only a genius can solve this brain teaser!
Someone forwarded this brain teaser to me over the weekend and i must confess, it really messed with my mind.
All those who I have sent it to have come up with different answers and they swear theirs is the correct one.

Ok since this fake butt is becoming too popular it is nice I address some facts .
1. If you must get a fake butt please consider your leg . It is wrong if your leg is thin and your ass is big . You will look funny and completely disproportionate. Your look will become funny and comical . Believe me no man will take you seriously except a fake man.
2. If you must have a fake butt, please don't let it be too large . Make sure it is in line with your thighs. Every normal woman with a big butt has a thick thigh that compliment it or else you will look disgusting .
3. Remember as you get old complications may arise and your health in danger . Do you want to have a big butt and die early ? The choice is yours .
4. Nothing is like the original . People's thirst differs . Not every man like women with big butt. Some just a normal butt . Thirst differs . Someone who love you will love you as you are .
5. Be confident in your skin . Like your own body . Have self esteem and be bold. No matter your body shape - it doesn't matter , what matters is the confidence you exude and you will naturally become sexy. 'Sexiness' is how you carry yourself not plastic butt.

Pope pays surprise visit to 20 ex-prostitutes in Rome, 7 Nigerians included
Pope Francis surprised 20 former prostitutes on Friday by knocking on their door in Rome and popping in for a chat.
The Argentine, who has repeatedly described the human trafficking behind much prostitution as “a crime against humanity”, sat down with the group, including four women from Albania, seven from Nigeria and six from Romania.
The other three hailed from Italy, Tunisia and the Ukraine, according to a Vatican statement. The women, all aged around 30, are being sheltered by a Catholic association in an apartment in the Italian capital after being rescued from their pimps.
The 79-year old listened for over an hour to the stories of the former sex slaves, “all of whom suffered serious physical abuse and live under protection,” the Vatican said. The visit fell under what have been termed Francis’s “Fridays of Mercy”, whereby he carries out one unscheduled act of mercy a month on a Friday, mainly in or near Rome, throughout the pope’s Jubilee year, which started in December and runs to November.
In January, he visited a care home for the elderly and people in a vegetative state, while in February he went to a community for drug addicts.
In March he toured a refugee centre before visiting asylum seekers on the Greek island of Lesbos in April. The pontiff then spent time with the seriously mentally ill in May before visiting old and ill priests in June and dedicating his July “Friday of Mercy” to sick children in Krakow after praying for the victims of the Holocaust at the Auschwitz-Birkenau Nazi death camp.

In this interview with Vanguard, Sean Tizzle speaks on the many controversies that have trailed his short career, including his alleged skin bleaching and his supposed hiatus from the music scene.

What do you think people don’t know about Sean Tizzle?
I am somebody who tries to live my life the best way I can, and I’m a good cook as well, so no girl can threaten me with that because I can take care of myself in that area. I also like to clean. But I don’t have a favourite food; maybe that’s why I like food.
How has the journey been so far?
I’m forever grateful to God and everybody who has been supporting the brand despite the fact that the media is trying to kill me by saying negative things about me. They posted a picture of me on the Internet and say all sorts of things, saying my picture was not real. Yes, I did some photoshopping on the pictures to make myself look good but the negative comments that I had bleached my skin really got to me.
Why are you still single?
Maybe I’ve not seen the right girl. Even if I’m in a relationship, I will still like to keep it on a low-key because immediately they know that someone is my girlfriend, that’s when different temptations will start arising.
Do you support the idea of having baby mamas which is very rampant in the industry?
It has never happened to me before, but at the same time, I don’t want to preach abortion. However, we should learn to be careful about things. But if it happens, you need to ask yourself that between killing the baby and keeping the baby, which one is the best? And the only reason you have a baby mama is because you don’t want to kill, so what I’m trying to say is that nobody planned that for themselves; even condoms are not hundred percent safe. I was with a girl and she told me that females put holes in condoms just to hook guys and have babies with them. I was surprised, and that’s why they say when girls hand you condom, don’t use it. It’s better you have yours because some of them will punch holes in it and you won’t know because you are already in the mood.

Insane love: Real Madrid player spent N169m to rent Island just to propose to babymama
27 year old Real Madrid and Wales striker, Gareth Bale spent £400,000 (almost NI69 million) for the private rental of Tagomago Island, which is located just next to Ibiza, just to propose to long term girlfriend, Emma Rrhys-Jones.
A big investment, but one that ultimately paid off handsomely for Bale as the she accepted his proposal and he tweeted his delight. The footballer and his babymama have two girls, Alba and Nava together.
The cost of the island rental wasn’t just for him and his fiancee, though: Bale also put up a group of friends, as it was his 27th birthday, so it was a particularly special weekend for the Real Madrid man.
After spending close to 170 milla for proposal, Emma had no choice. She must accept that proposal by fire by thunder. Lol.
Anyway, congratulations to the happy couple.

Photo: FCMB manager shoots himself dead infront of priest over bad bank loan
A Manager at a second generation bank, First City Monument Bank (FCMB) Plc, Mr. Olisa Nwakoby on Friday evening shot himself dead in the presence of his Priest at the Lekki area of Lagos Island, Lagos State.
The father of a 10-year- old daughter was said to have taken his own life because of an incriminating huge loan transaction he approved in his bank.
Sources close to the family told Sunday Telegraph at the weekend that the late Olisa was the approving officer for the loan which the beneficiary is no longer servicing and the bank was on the
neck of Olisa to get the money back.
His late father, Chief Patrick Oguejiofor Nwakoby was a former chairman of First Bank of Niger Plc, a successfully lawyer , politician and a highly respected community leader before his death.
Fear over his integrity and the name of his family, which could be dented if his bank commences action against him over the loan, was too much for the vibrant banker to bear prompting him to shoot himself, New Telgraph reports their source told them.
The source continued,
Olisa hails from Nkwelle Ezunaka in Oyi Local Government of Anambra State and he attended Abia State University, where he bagged a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree, in Microbiology between 1990 and 1995.

Our source did not say that there was suspicion of any foul play in the death of the banker, she also could not confirm the actual amount involved in the transaction, but she simply said “it was huge.” The case is being handled by homicide detectives attached to Area J Command, Lekki/Ajah. According to a police source.The banks, on the fateful day he killed himself, went to meet his pastor. He told the pastor to tell his wife to take good care of his children, that what he would do in next few minutes would shock everyone. He was said to have later blown his brains out.
The source continued,
“It was later discovered that he took money from the bank, N350million, and the money started creating problems for him. He killed himself.When the Lagos State Police spokesperson, Dolapo Badmus, was contacted, her two lines were switched off.
